From Hand to Heart currently provides a limited number of chicken coops and chickens annually so that needy families may have a sustainable source of nutrition and income (from selling eggs and chickens). At a cost of $600 for each coop and chickens, this is another cost-effective initiative that has a real ongoing impact on the health and finances of local families.
