Every Sunday morning, starting at 4 am, 55-60 volunteers begin cooking food provided by From Hand to Heart for more than 400 children at three churches . The pastors and youth group also deliver meals and groceries to more than 100 elderly and homebound residents. Between 480 and 520 meals are cooked and served every Sunday.

These meals are critical for keeping children and elderly residents nourished to a modest level. More than 25,000 meals annually are currently being funded by From Hand. The kids sing songs, play games and hear Bible stories while receiving their meals.
