Honduras Devastated by Hurricane Eta in the face of Covid-19 Pandemic
Hurricane Eta was the most destructive storm to hit Central America as the Covid-19 had already left many people unemployed in one of the poorest countries in Latin America. Many have lost everything in the flooding.
from hand to Heart responds
The entire From Hand To Heart team came together to cook prepare and serve evacuees being housed in local schools, many with severely damaged houses and those whose houses are gone, swept away by flooding and winds associated with hurricane Eta. It is a privilege for our Project: Nourish team to provide emergency relief food, new mattresses and to partner with local churches to bring comfort and hope to those facing tremendous loss. Thank the Lord Jesus, He is using From Hand to Heart to bring comfort in suffering!
