From Hand to Heart is a Christian organization that, following the example of our Lord Jesus, serves the most vulnerable people in Honduras. We offer close support to address the needs of the most vulnerable — including education, nutrition, healthcare, and human development — so that they may find dignity, hope, and a life transformed by the Gospel.
